May Install Issue; Claims Reprocessing
An error during a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) corporate system install resulted in some claims being paid at 100% when standard cost-share (deductible, coinsurance, copay) might have applied.
To correct this issue, we will be reprocessing the impacted claims paid on May 18. Adjustments will begin shortly and may take a few weeks to complete.
